Privacy

This policy covers the public Model Context Protocol server at mcp.pollar.news. For the Pollar apps and website, see the full Pollar privacy policy.

What this server does

The server lets AI assistants read Pollar's published news. It exposes public editorial content only. It has no sign-in, no accounts, and no access to any Pollar user's data. It is read-only and cannot change anything.

What we collect

• No accounts, no personalization, no cookies, and no tracking. The server does not build a profile of you.
• To keep the service available and prevent abuse, it briefly logs the requesting IP address, the tool called, and basic request timing. These operational logs are kept on a short rolling window and then discarded.
• We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data you send

Tool arguments (for example a search query) are used only to answer that request against Pollar's news API. They are not stored beyond the operational logging described above.

Third parties

Traffic is served through Cloudflare and our own infrastructure, which process requests to route and protect the service. No data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.
